Staff is so very friendly and affable!

Will be back for a wedding celebration. All EXCELLENT, everything you need for the weekend. This hotel offers a nice breakfast with very good products.

Would still consider staying here again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location to access the lake very easily was stunning and incredible. The room was nicely furnished & bright. There was good bed, really helpful and so very friendly staff even on the late night shift when I arrived.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the lake. A superior twin room even with the roll away bed added has basic facilities you need.

It offers nicely furnished rooms with massive comfortable bed, excellent view plus sunbed. The hotel serves great breakfasts.

We had a wonderful stay at La Barcarolle in Prangins. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The pool area was peaceful and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and marina. our experience was delightful and we would recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was excellent, and our room and the amenities were very good. The Swiss National Museum, all but next door, and a local topquality restaurants nearby made it just perfect.

However, staff attitude was reminiscent of a John Cleese skit, on how to be unfriendly and not provide service with a smile. "Sorry, who are you? How can I not help you". Even breakfast staff, though efficient, were unsmiling.Very Disappointing.

generally, the place was perfect and had gentle staff even on the late night shift. the outdoor bar was relaxing with some excellent food. i appreciated to be there and would book again.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was secluded and serene with easy access to the lake where I could swim in the summer. The hotel facilities were great with a lovely swimming pool and a green terrace that had a table, chairs, and sunbed. The breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and gentle. Additionally, the hotel was perfect for bicycle tours along the lake and the countryside.

Very quiet location, great view of lake, peaceful. Staff is quiet and discrete. One of the best hotels in the area without being pretentious or overdone.

Close to the town centre. Nice bedroom and good bed. Food in the restaurant and breakfast. View a the lae and large garden.

The bathroom was rather small and materials used where not in line with a 4 star hotel and its price. It is a little old fashioned. Allthough the food was good its price was very high.
